“A special assembly is a unique gathering of students, teachers, and staff, organized for a specific purpose or occasion.”
Special assemblies for a shared purpose can create a sense of unity and community within a school. These assemblies go beyond the regular routine and often have a particular theme, focus, or event that distinguishes them from the usual gatherings. Special assemblies can be designed to celebrate achievements, mark important events or holidays, showcase talents, or communicate important information to the school community. They serve as a means to bring everyone together for a shared experience or purpose outside of the regular academic schedule.
In essence, special assemblies serve as powerful tools for bringing the school community together, fostering a positive and supportive environment, and aligning everyone with a shared purpose or vision.
School assemblies are very important for students, teachers and schools as well. Morning assemblies promote confidence in students give the opportunity to teachers to share important information and allow all the members to unite together and interact and bring forward many talents.

We do conduct special assembly to encourage students to reflect on specific topics relevant to students as well as universal values such as respect cooperation and peace (Yoga, guest lectures, to show the zeal of the differently disabled people etc)
